On behalf of our client -one of the multinational companies in textile& packaging area – we are looking for a Segment Sales Manager for Turkey organization.

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in the engineering department, preferably textile engineering,

Sales or product management experience of 7 – 8 years,

Strong communication skills,

Ability to achieve results in a multicultural environment,

Adaptable to a busy travel schedule,

Excellent written and spoken English,

Ambitious and motivated,

Key Responsibilities

Drive the expansion of sales in the textile segment through strategic initiatives and relationship building.

Directly manage budget responsibilities for defined Segment Accounts in Türkiye, ensuring a positive impact on the company's income.

Spearhead the acquisition of new customers and collaborate with the development team to introduce innovative products and services in the textile industry.

Focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and building long-term partnerships

Job description

Acquire new customers for our products and services in the textile segment.

Collaborate with customers and our development team to create innovative products and services.

Have direct budget responsibility for defined Segment Accounts in Türkiye.

Conduct value and price negotiations with key accounts and close sales contracts.

Identify customers' requirements and objectives accurately and effectively.

Evaluate market needs and opportunities, coordinating efforts with product development, production, and division management to support these needs.

Identify market opportunities and emerging demand for new products.

Assist customers in resolving product-related issues and engage technical specialists when necessary.

Identify potential acquisition opportunities and prepare business cases.

Establish long-term partnerships with key customers to develop the best products.

Identify business opportunities beyond existing product/market combinations.

Coordinate activities within Türkiye for maximum impact.
